Customer Satisfaction, Guarantee, Return & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Your jewelry is guaranteed to be free of defect in workmanship and materials, other than normal wear and usage throughout its lifetime. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return Products for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 7 business days of receipt. Product must be in its original condition. Here is the process for returning a product:

  • Obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service at 1-360-456-0886 or e-mailing customerservice@dlbtrading.com
  • Repackage the product for return
  • Ship product(s) to the address provided to you by Customer Service
DLB Trading will pay the return shipping charges if returning defective product or we shipped a product which you did not order.

Refunds will be made by DLB Trading with a certified check within 7 business days upon receipt of product(s). Your refund will be for the actual price of the product excluding return shipping and handling cost - unless a mistake was made in the original shipment of product. This allows us to control product quality, cost reduction, workmanship and manufacturing processes required to maintain our commitment to product excellence. This group is responsible for certifying suppliers to provide the finest materials at the fairest price leveraging our considerable purchasing activities.

DLB Trading can assist with your product design, manufacturing and sourcing requirements. Our staff is familiar with China and can locate unique products and materials to professionally support your business requirements. Payment & Shipping Policies

  • We accept payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You may also pay by postal money order or check (payable to DLB Trading Company).
  • Your credit card will show the name “DLB Trading Company” for any purchases from this website.
  • Washington State registered companies must complete the Resale Certificate for exemption of Washington State sales tax. This is a one time requirement as your company information will be retained on file for future purchasing activities.
  • Sales tax is required for Washington State residents only.
  • Your credit card is not charged until the order is processed for shipment.
  • You will be advised via e-mail of shipping costs associated with International shipments prior actual processing of order.
  • Contact us immediately at: shipment@dlbtrading.com, if your product is damaged upon receipt of shipment.
  • All customer orders are carefully packaged with e-mail confirmation of shipment tracking information. You will be advised if an order is not in stock with availability date.
  • NO minimum order.
  • Assuming availability of product, all shipments will be processed within 48 hours from receipt of order using USPS Priority Mail. We charge $5.00 for shipping, handling and insurance for deliveries within the United States.
  • FREE shipping, handling and insurance within U.S. for orders over $50.00.

Product Packaging

Gift Boxes

The LANA Collection and other semi-precious jewelry comes with an exclusive gift box designed by our Hong Kong Group. The box measures 5x5x1-1/2 inches with a tie-down to firmly secure top and bottom sections of the box. The top of the box has a brilliant red colored background with a distinctive flower and butterfly design. The jewelry lies on yellow satin.

dZi Printed Card

The LANA Collection and other dZi jewelry comes with a beautifully designed card describing the history and myth associated with the dZi bead.

DLB Trading Company Gift Boxes

Selected designated products are packaged in various size gift boxes. The gray and maroon gift box includes the name of our company and website address. The jewelry lies on soft gray satin.

Clear Envelope Packaging

Products not packaged in gift boxes are enclosed in clear envelope containers. The envelope permits full viewing of the product without customer touching the product. The product is easily removed (and repackaged) by separating the self-adhesive tab at the bottom of envelope. Each package is marked with our company name, website address, Handcrafted in China and product identification. Packaging accommodates product hanging from display hooks.

Lisa Collection Printed Card

Product designed by Lisa are packaged in a gift box. A beautiful personalized card with Lisa’s photograph and company information will be enclosed inside the gift box.

Establishing New Account.

It will be necessary to establish an account prior to placing an order to purchase products from this website (dlbtrading.com). Establishing an account is a one-time only requirement.

  • Click “Create New Account”. Screen will require you to input information including: Login, Password, Confirm Password, e-mail address, Ship to and Bill to information.
  • Click “Save”. Please note, you must respond to all Bold print inquiries.

Accessing Your Previously Established Account.

You can access your account by clicking any of the following:

  • “My Account” located top of Home page
  • “Store Front” located top of Home page

  • Click “Log into your existing account”

If you do not remember your password, insert Login identifier in the “Login” space and click “Please Email Me My Password”, than click the space captioned “Login”. A message will appear stating “Your password has been sent”. You will receive an e-mail advising your Password.

Select Products for Purchase.

Select one of the following to identify products to purchase:

  3. View available products by use the scroll (up-down) bar located on the right side of screen.
  4. Click product photograph for enlarged view of product including description and pricing.
  5. Click “Add One to Basket” to purchase product

Follow instructions indicated above “Store Front” to purchase product.

Checking Out.

Assuming you have an established an account, click “Checkout” to finalize purchase of selected products. The screen will list products you have selected for purchase, Ship to and Bill to information (please audit for accuracy). If correct click “Continue”. The new screen will indicate invoice information including products (code, quantity, price/ea., total line item and total price), shipping method (default USPS $5.00) and selection of credit card (American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, Master or Visa). Please select desire method of payment and click “Continue”. The new screen will show previous page information and credit card inquiries. Please respond to inquiries: “First Name on Card”, “Last Name on Card”, “Expiration Date” and “CVV2:, and click Continue. The new screen will indicate invoice information and approval of purchase. You will receive e-mail notification acknowledging purchase.

Product List.

Click “Product List” button to review a complete listing of website products sorted by part number (code) in alphabetical order. You may view specific product information by clicking “Part number (Code)” which will present an enlarged screen view of the product indicating description and pricing. You may than purchase selected Produce by clicking “Buy One Now”. Click “Back” for return to previous product page.

Basket (Home page) or Basket Content.

You may at any time view products selected for purchase by clicking “Basket” or “Basket Contents”. This screen will indicate Part Number (code), Product, Quantity, Price/Ea, Total/Part Number and Total for multi-line product purchases. The screen allows you to delete or modify quantities of any products selected for purchase by clicking “Remove” or to increase/reduce quantity by inserting new revised quantity in the Quantity space, than click “Update”.

Search.

The “Search” screen permits you to view website products by inserting the part number (code) in the space titled “Search For The Following Word(s)”. You may insert the complete part number (FTSG-3102, including hyphen) or partial information (i.e. FTSG, 3102, 3100, 31) in the space and click Search. If the part number is active, the screen will show the part number and pricing. Click Code for enlarged photograph.

You can search additional part numbers by clicking the “Back” button, or inserting new product identifier information (LC-1040) in the “Search for Following Words” and click Search.

 
Upkeep & Maintenance of Your Jewelry

Everything we sell is guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials throughout its lifetime. If your product is defective for any reason, please go to the customer service policy titled “Customer Satisfaction, Guarantee & Return” for the return, replacement or repair of your jewelry.

Jewelry is personal – reflective of whom you are – your style, taste, personality and preference. You desire your jewelry to look new and lustrous as when initially purchased. Keeping your jewelry looking new is easy if you adhere to the following suggestions:

  • Store your jewelry in a safe designated location, preferably in a sturdy case or container which can be closed and secured. The case should have cloth or satin on the side, top and bottom.
  • Make certain there is ample space in the storage container so the jewelry is not cluttered to prevent scratching or damage from close contact with other jewelry.
  • Irrespective of the quality of your jewelry, chemicals and exterior elements can dull or even damage jewelry. As a general rule, avoid exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorine, hair spray, hand lotions and perfumes. Whenever possible, put your jewelry on last when dressing and remove first when undressing.
  • Remove your jewelry when doing rough work as perspiration, cleaners and “banging into objects” can cause damage.
  • Jewelry is sensitive to heat, therefore do not expose to hot surfaces or places.
  • Wood jewelry requires frequent polishing using lemon oil or similar preservative to maintain a high gloss finish. Wood jewelry is also sensitive to extreme cold or heat and therefore should be avoid.
